PROTEC Roofing USA is a disabled veteran-owned firm in Austin, Texas. We manage multi-building roof replacements for HOA and condominium boards, property managers and commercial owners, and we take on roofing and construction management work for government agencies.

On private projects PROTEC is the owner's representative, full stop. We don't sell or install the roof, so our advice has nothing riding on which contractor wins.

We build and control the bidders list, and qualify each contractor on licensing, insurance, bonding, experience and references before the RFP goes out.

Dumpsters, staging, toilets, crew parking and truck access, agreed with the board on site before bids are requested, so nobody prices in contingency for the unknown.
Measured, not guessed
Roof areas and pitches checked against USGS lidar and field measurements before any bid is compared.
Construction oversight
Site inspections, a resident notice schedule, and a written action register that keeps the board current.
Payments and closeout
Pay applications, change orders and lien waivers reviewed before the board approves them, and warranties and closeout documents collected at the end.
